Ok.

Good Property having access to main tourist destination of the City.Only issue which make the stay unhappy was the washroom facility with congested area. AC's were not working properly

Hotel staff was very responsive and provided room services very efficiently and staff was very friendly and professional with their work. Overall a very good experience.

Room was ok..T v was working.. Ac was working.. But bathroom was not good.. Not clean..didn't supplied soap.. Bathroom wash basin pipe was leaking, no cupboard was there to store our items....we have taken breakfast+stay but not able to acess the restaurant, they provided the breakfast to room but there was no space for dining.. We have eat in bed.. There was study table but that was bot enough for two of us.. We are supplied with one mineral bottle of water on 1st day.. On 3 rd day night i requested for a bottle of cold water.. They haven't supplied upto 30 minutes so i have to call again.. And then one boy gave me a bottle of water and it was not cold so i asked him, he told me rudely that in this time there is no water bottle is available so they filled water from purifier in an empty bottle and gave us that.. Receptionist's behaviour was good.. I requested for ironing on saturday they couldn't provide me that facility so i asked again on next day.. They replied me that sunday no one will be available.. So the stay at fab hotel was not great.. One thing i knew that using make my 訂房網站 and pay money early was not at all good idea..

Room was clean but small. And even though we had free guaranteed early checkin, we were charged for it.

AC is not working properly, no proper parking for cars, the bathroom is not so clean, there is very less staff to attend the customers and to astonish customers need.

Overall experience was OK not good not too bad it's average cos at night shift there is only less staff during emergency situation it's very difficult to handle so my suggestion is maintain sufficient no of staff during night. Some of the room boys the way of their taking and their response is in appropriate so that's why I just give average rating if they focus on these things may be they will get excellent ratings or 5* rating

Very badly maintained so much so that i had leave the hotel the very next morning i checked in whereas i was supposed to stay for 2 nights

Stay was quite nice and pleasant. Staff was co-operative. Only concern was that wadrobe/cupboard was not provided in the room in which we were provided the accommodation. 5
